Messaging Terms
LeadRecover AI helps participating businesses respond to callers and leads by SMS. These messaging terms explain the basic expectations for those communications.
Why messages may be sent
A person may receive a message after contacting or attempting to contact a business that uses LeadRecover AI, including after a missed call or inquiry. Messages may ask for job details, provide follow-up information, support booking or respond to the recipient's request.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the conversation and the business's configured follow-up workflow. LeadRecover AI is designed to avoid unnecessary repeated messages.
Opt out
Recipients can reply STOP to supported LeadRecover SMS numbers to opt out of further non-essential messages. After an opt-out request, messaging should stop except where a limited response is legally or operationally required to confirm the opt-out.
Help
Recipients can reply HELP where supported or contact the business they originally called. LeadRecover AI customers can contact leadrecover.ai.ca@gmail.com for platform-related assistance.
Carrier and message charges
Standard message and data rates charged by the recipient's mobile carrier may apply. Delivery is subject to carrier availability, filtering and network conditions.
Business responsibility
Each LeadRecover AI customer is responsible for ensuring its use of messaging is lawful and appropriate for its callers and leads, including any consent, disclosure and record-keeping obligations that apply to its business.
