Terms of Service

These terms apply to businesses that use LeadRecover AI. By activating, purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service

LeadRecover AI provides software and communications tools designed to help businesses respond to missed calls, exchange messages, collect lead details, follow up and support booking. Features may change as the service is improved.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account and business information, keeping account access secure, configuring forwarding and business settings correctly, and using LeadRecover AI in compliance with applicable privacy, communications, consumer-protection and marketing laws.

Messaging

You must only send communications that you are legally permitted to send. You are responsible for the content, timing and lawful basis of communications made through your account. LeadRecover AI may block, suppress or stop messaging when required for opt-outs, abuse prevention, carrier rules or legal compliance.

Fees and billing

The current LeadRecover launch plan includes a 14-day free trial at $0 with a payment card required and reasonable capped SMS/AI usage. If not cancelled before the trial ends, the service becomes $79 CAD per month plus applicable tax. There is no setup fee and the subscription may be cancelled at any time. Usage-based third-party charges, optional add-ons and applicable taxes may be charged separately only when disclosed.

Future Pro features

Pro and other premium features are not included in the current core launch package and are not currently available for purchase. If offered later, their price and terms will be shown before purchase.

Retired offers

The previous $99 CAD monthly plan, $100 setup fee, $1,499 Lifetime promotion, Early Access offer and old Premium pricing are retired and are not available through the current checkout.

Availability

We work to keep LeadRecover AI reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Communications can depend on third-party carriers, hosting providers, payment processors and other infrastructure outside our direct control.

No guarantee of leads or revenue

LeadRecover AI is designed to help businesses respond to opportunities, but we do not guarantee that any lead will respond, qualify, book, purchase or generate revenue.

Acceptable use

You may not use LeadRecover AI for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing or unsolicited communications, or in a way that harms the service, third parties or telecommunications networks.

Suspension

We may restrict or suspend service when reasonably necessary for unpaid recurring or disclosed usage-based charges, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, carrier requirements or protection of the platform and its users.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, LeadRecover AI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from missed communications, third-party outages, customer configuration, carrier filtering or business decisions made using the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated as LeadRecover AI changes. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
